Welcome to Dresden for your holiday. You live in a tastefully arranged, ample (64 m²) and quiet holiday flat in the heart of Dresden. Despite its central location, our flat is situated in a calm niche near the Altstadt, the historical old town with the Church of our Ladies, the Semper Opera House, the Zwinger which can be reached easily within 15 min. walking along the river Elbe. The famous Canaletto view can be enjoyed almost stepping out of the house. No matter weather you arrive by car, by train or by bicycle, we can be found easily and are within good reach.
Despite its central location, our flat is situated in a calm niche near the Altstadt, the historical old town with the Church of our Ladies, the Semper Opera House, the Zwinger which can be reached easily within 15 min. walking along the river Elbe. The famous Canaletto view can be enjoyed almost stepping out of the house.
The nearest tram stop is within 2 min. and the train station Dresden Neustadt within 5 min. walking distance. At the train station, you can find a big supermarket which opens daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., even on Sundays. The next petrol station is just a minute away by car. In only 2 min. you reach the beautiful green riverbanks where you can go walking, jogging or biking along the bicycle lane either upstream towards the centre or downstream towards the small port. These are perfect conditions for early sportsmen. Furthermore, on the bicycle lane you can cycle upstream and get as far as to the gorgeous National Park “Saxon Switzerland” and downstream to the beautiful historical town Meißen.
The flat consists of a living room with balcony, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a corridor. The living/dining room disposes of an extendable couch allowing two extra people to sleep on comfortably. Furthermore there is a dining area for up to 4 people, a hi-fi system and a television at your disposal. From here you get to the beautiful balcony with view into the green back yard.
The spacious bedroom disposes of a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. A cot can be put in here as well.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, dishes etc. and enough work space.
In the bathroom, there is a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
